Scott Trainor, COO USA Motor Jobs. Scott started his career in the automotive industry in Canada as a salesperson at a local dealer, working his way up to managing one of Canada’s largest luxury dealerships. Through his experience he has understood what the industry needs in terms of building a solid team. He is now in the United States where he and his partners launched USA Motor Jobs, a new, innovative and modern way that candidates and employers connect in the automotive industry.

Mary-Lynn Wilkins, Recruiter for United Recruiter Network. Mary-Lynn is a long time resident of the Tampa Bay Area. Her career had her sitting in several management positions over the years but she discovered her passion for recruiting while she was working with the management team at an Automotive Dealership.
Mary-Lynn is now proudly a part of United Recruiter Network, a recruitment firm that services the Automotive industry.
She is also a chairperson at a successful nonprofit in her community for the past 10+years.
Mary-Lynn’s passion for people is evident in both her work and hobbies. In her personal time you will find this Super Human, active on BWC, Clubhouse and in and around the Tampa area taking advantage of all it has to offer.

Shelly Buck is the Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations for Automax Recruiting and Training. In addition to her duties as executive assistant, she is also a top recruiter specializing in fixed operations. She works with dealerships nationwide to find the best candidates for their team! In addition to her work life, she enjoys spending time with her husband Andy and two children, Josh and Ally Jo.

Andy Buck is a Trainer and Recruiter for Automax Recruiting and Training. After a mission trip to Haiti in 2018, Andy decided that he was called to leave his dealergroup of 26 years in order to change the lives of people who are seeking success. Andy enjoys playing music and leading others in worship, in addition to spending time with his wife Shelly and his 2 awesome kids.
